Cosmetassure is a type of cosmetic surgery insurance exclusively available to members of the American Society of Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. We have chosen to utilize Cosmetassure because most insurance companies do not cover complications related to cosmetic surgical procedures. However, all patients who schedule cosmetic surgery with Bourgeois Freel Plastic Surgery will have this included coverage. Consultation

At your consultation with one of our Board-Certified plastic surgeons, you will discuss your desired outcomes for surgery and will formulate a surgical plan. After the consultation, you will meet with our surgery coordinator to discuss your surgery fee quote, and you will have the opportunity to schedule your procedure at that time.

Payment Options

We offer multiple surgical payment options for your convenience. We accept cash and all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also offer two financing options for cosmetic procedures.

Financing Options

We participate in two healthcare financing options for surgical procedures, Care Credit and Patient Fi. Care Credit is a line of credit, or a type of a medical credit card designed to be used specifically for your health and aesthetic needs. PatientFi is the friendly way to pay for elective treatments and procedures. PatientFi also uses a soft credit check so you can apply with no impact to your credit score.
